About the Role As a Research Technologist, you'll play an important part in advancing innovative therapies by supporting our Vector Development and Manufacturing Facility. Your work helps ensure that critical research and production processes run smoothly, accurately, and safely.

Pay Range: $52,979 - $67,185 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package What You'll Do In this role, you'll balance hands-on lab work with careful organization and quality focus. You will: Conduct laboratory experiments and support manufacturing processes
Follow established protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency
Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects
Maintain detailed records and documentation of your work
Help uphold strict quality and compliance standards in a regulated environment
Keep workspace and materials organized and ready for use

Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in a clinical or scientific discipline; or
2. Bachelor's degree in a clinical or scientific discipline and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in a laboratory setting. NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices. Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with cell culture techniques involving primary cells and cell lines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with FlowJo or FCS Express are nice to have.
- Experience handling potentially infectious agents in a laboratory setting.
- Familiarity/Experience in ELISA, DNA extractions, PCR, Flow cytometry-Immunological assays
- Bachelors of Science in related field and 1 year of laboratory experience
