Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager preferred
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
Supervise and support nursing staff
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
