Graphic Designer

Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Graphic Designer. Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
• Translate complex information, data, and ideas into clear and engaging visual stories
• Develop compelling slide layouts, charts, diagrams, infographics, timelines, and other visual elements
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across presentations and other visual communications, extending this expertise to the design and user experience of SharePoint Online sites and other platforms
• Collaborate with HR, communications, leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and audience needs
• Improve existing presentations by refining content hierarchy, visual flow, layouts, and overall design
• Create and maintain PowerPoint templates, slide libraries, and presentation standards
• Develop and implement design standards for SharePoint Online, ensuring visual consistency and usability
• Ensure presentations and digital content are accurate, polished, visually consistent, and ready for delivery
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Provide design guidance and best practices to colleagues creating their own presentations and contributing to digital platforms
• 3+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, layout, color, and information hierarchy
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information through effective visual design
• Experience creating charts, infographics, diagrams, and data visualizations
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• A portfolio demonstrating strong presentation and visual communication work
