$30–$42/hr + SPIFFs | Full-Time | Take-Home Truck

What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, ductless, boilers)
- Perform maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and repair options
- Document work using ServiceTitan or similar software
- Monday–Friday
- 40+ hours per week
- On-call rotation every 4–5 weeks
- $30.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
- $5,000/year SPIFFs
- Take-home company vehicle + gas card
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)

- Uniforms provided
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Professional communication with customers
