Job PostingJoin the team that is a leader in engineering, designing and manufacturing of leading-edge military expeditionary products and rugged industrial/commercial products since 1937.What We Offer:Health benefits, including telehealth medical services, Dental & VisionLife, AD&D & Disability (paid for by the company)401K with a company matchEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Makes repairs to production and facility equipment using skills in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronicsPerforms preventative maintenance on production equipment and maintain logs using Track It softwarePerforms basic machinist dutiesUtilizes skills in metal fabrication in the process of maintaining and modifying machinesPerforms routine inspections on machines, systems and building as needed to maintain the integrity of equipment and insure safe operationAdheres to all safety regulations and rules both internal to the plant, as well as, state and national codes in the performance of daily dutiesInstall and remove equipment as necessary to support production schedulesUses electrical multi-meters, gauges and test instruments in process of maintaining equipment and troubleshooting problems with machinery and equipmentProvides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine serviceReads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceDiagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustmentsDetects faulty operations, operative material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisionEducation/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:High School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceValid driver's license is requiredAbility to read diagrams and designsAble to operate small power tools, other hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipmentAbility to operator a fork liftDisclaimer: This job description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required for this role.This position requires access to or use of export-controlled technical data or technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations(EAR).
