M&N Plumbing Supply is a family-owned plumbing wholesale distributor serving professional plumbing contractors throughout the Denver metro area. Since 2002, we've built our reputation on exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and doing what we say we're going to do.

We're looking for an experienced Counter Sales Associate who enjoys working with contractors, solving problems, and helping customers get the materials they need to keep their jobs moving. If you have plumbing, wholesale distribution, or contractor experience and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Assist plumbing contractors with product selection, pricing, and order placement
• Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately
• Help customers identify the correct parts and materials for residential and commercial plumbing projects
• Pull and stage customer orders for pickup while coordinating with warehouse personnel
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide prompt, knowledgeable customer service
• Build lasting relationships with contractors through dependable service and product expertise
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales counter
• Continue expanding your plumbing product knowledge through hands-on experience and training

We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, communicates well, works efficiently under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing, plumbing wholesale, construction, or related industry experience preferred
• Plumbing product knowledge is highly valued
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills including order entry and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

• $22.00–$30.00 per hour , depending on experience
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full-time, consistent 40-hour work week
• No nights
• No weekends
• 401(k) with 4% company match
• Health insurance with 95% of the employee premium paid by the company and 50% of dependent coverage paid
