- Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives
- Participate in special projects and process improvements in partnership with finance leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
