Leading Medicare Stars quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Medicare Quality Improvement Program Manager will manage and execute programs aimed at enhancing Medicare Star ratings through collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective project management. Key responsibilities Collaborates with corporate and health plan teams to develop and implement Medicare Stars quality improvement programs Manages and executes Medicare Star ratings programs, including monitoring key performance indicators and outcomes Serves as the subject matter expert on Medicare Stars, providing recommendations and facilitating process improvements across the organization Required qualifications At least 6 years of Medicare Stars program and project management experience or equivalent education and experience Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Star ratings and quality improvement programs Advanced knowledge of quality metrics and performance standards Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting for data-driven decision-making Excellent project management experience in a cross-functional environment
