Senior Estimator - Concrete Building Construction

Position Summary: Our client is a leading commercial Concrete Contractor specializing in high-quality cast-in-place concrete building construction across various markets. Due to current and projected growth in the Midwest, they are seeking a Senior Estimator for their Cincinnati, OH office. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and securing targeted projects, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's expansion.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in estimating commercial or industrial construction projects, with a focus on self-perform concrete work, and project sizes ranging from $500,000 to $30 million.
- Client-focused and detail-oriented approach.
