Lead Estimator

ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Lead Estimator with the ability to manage an entire project bid/estimate and manage a team of estimators for design-bid-build and design-build pursuits. The individual will be expected to interpret bid documents, drawings, and specifications; prepare cost estimates; evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals; and communicate extensively with upper management regarding bid development, among other tasks. Qualifications Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria: Experience as Lead Estimator, leading the estimate of large-scale infrastructure projects Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate bid developments with upper management Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite and HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 in addition to bonus potential, 401k Safe Harbor Contribution , health benefits, paid time off, and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual’s experience and qualifications.
