Position: HVAC Service Technician Pay: $28.00 - $ 32.00 per hour + Spiffs / bonuses and commission, potential earnings $100,000 + annually Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with on-call rotation What We Provide: Take Home Vehicle + Gas Card Company Cell Phone and iPad Company Uniform Locally owned and operated Dealer training with Carrier Training for industry specific certifications Benefits: Medical Insurance 60% paid for employee Vision & Dental insurance Other supplemental insurance options 2 Weeks (80 hours) Paid Vacation 3 personal / sick days (24 hours) 6 Paid Holidays What You'll Be Doing: Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment Annual and routine maintenance Consulting with customers on repairs, IAQ accessories, and upgrade options Full replacement sales opportunities What We're Looking for: 3 + years of HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Advanced customer service skills Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniques High school diploma or its equivalent Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - desired Valid driver's license and insurable driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
