OverviewWe are looking for a talented Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Kensington, Maryland. We are currently open to both a Full-Time Staff Physical Therapist and/or Senior Physical Therapist , making this a great opportunity for clinicians at different stages of their careers.
The position offers a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation , along with 40 hours per week. Whether you're looking to establish yourself as a staff clinician or bring your experience into a senior-level role, there's room to find the right fit.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

Provide skilled therapeutic interventions

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Promote patient independence and quality outcomes
For Senior PT candidates: Additional responsibilities may include supporting clinical initiatives, mentoring team members, and contributing to overall therapy program development.
QualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
Patient-centered approach to care
Leadership experience is a plus for Senior PT candidates
