Lead talented cross‑functional teams to deliver unique and challenging strategy and implementation projects for clients that advance their ambitions for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives—spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI—to deliver measurable client impact Architect and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization Quantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction Act as escalation point for critical delivery or client issues Shape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data Provide clear points of view on digital lab solutions, including platform and approach tradeoffs Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to Senior Directors and VPs Align stakeholders and drive priorities across complex, multi‑disciplinary teams Demonstrate business acumen and organizational awareness in navigating client environments Articulate compelling value propositions and business cases Lead and support business development, including opportunity identification and pursuit execution Develop thought leadership that drives practice growth, differentiation, and market recognition Build and apply deep expertise in laboratory operations, industry trends, and digital technologies Lead, coach, and develop team members; provide performance feedback and mentorship Foster a high‑performance culture with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Actively manage risks to engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputation Travel – candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations. Here’s What You Need: 8+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering) 4+ years of experience in consulting Experience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT Experience originating, negotiating, and contracting work Exceptional interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
