Job Description

Screed Operator | $2,300+ WEEKLY w/ OT

Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Work outdoors on road construction and asphalt paving projects, operating a screed to accurately place and level hot mix asphalt in a fast-paced, safety-focused construction environment with opportunities for overtime, long-term employment, and potential 401(k) and healthcare benefits once hired on.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience operating a screed on asphalt paving projects preferred.
Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, grades, and quality standards.
Ability to read grade stakes, plans, and project specifications.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Willing to obtain OSHA 10 (required to start)
Must have reliable transportation

Shifts:

Monday-Friday, 6AM-4PM (flexibility is required, some jobs may start earlier or go later)
Heavy OT and weekends available!
