Responsibilities

What You'll Do 

• Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. 

• Recruit, interview, and guide clinicians through career opportunities. 

• Develop and manage your own pipeline of candidates. 

• Partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience. 

• Stay connected with clinicians throughout their careers. 

• Achieve performance goals while making a meaningful impact every day. 

 

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development is helpful—but not required.

The compensation package for this position includes base salary plus uncapped commission. The posted range reflects base salary only.
