Wayfair offers a 10-week summer internship in Dedham, MA designed to simulate full-time work across our retail brands. You’ll handle real projects, contribute to store goals, and gain exposure to operations, merchandising, and leadership tasks. Participants rotate through store operations, clienteling, and leadership experiences, delivering data-driven insights and presenting results to senior leaders.
