What You'll Do

As the VIP Concierge Senior Operations Manager, you'll oversee the success of the Concierge Support operation while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, personalization, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Concierge Team Leads and frontline service professionals
• Create a culture centered on white-glove service, accountability, operational excellence, and employee development
• Drive performance across customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and revenue-related metrics
• Partner with leadership and client stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives
• Analyze trends, metrics, and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Manage escalated customer situations involving VIP clientele with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure teams consistently deliver personalized, premium customer experiences
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and career development
• Develop action plans to improve service delivery, operational efficiencies, and customer loyalty
• Identify opportunities for consultative customer conversations, upselling, and relationship expansion while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
• Lead strategic initiatives, process improvements, and department growth efforts

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience within customer service, contact center operations, hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, financial services, or a related industry
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or team leads in a high-performance environment
• Proven success driving operational performance and employee engagement
• Experience managing programs that include consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, or revenue-generating customer interactions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer experience, operational goals, and revenue objectives
• Exceptional coaching, leadership, and team development skills
• Experience interpreting performance metrics and using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience
• Experience supporting VIP, executive, luxury, membership, or high-net-worth customer segments
• Experience launching, scaling, or transforming customer experience operations
• Background in hospitality management, private banking, premium customer support, luxury brands, or concierge services
