Medical Receptionist

Ohio Premier Dermatology is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team in Sunbury, Ohio. We are a busy, fast-paced dermatology practice looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional experience for our patients. Competitive pay based on experience. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional and friendly phone etiquette Strong attention to detail The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Responsibilities include: Answering and routing phone calls Managing patient messages and phone inquiries Checking patients in and out Collecting co-pays and patient balances Verifying insurance information Scanning and faxing documents Working within an electronic medical record (EMR) system Assisting with other front-office and clerical duties as needed Benefits include: 401(k) with employer match Employer profit-sharing contributions Paid time off Paid training Previous medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
