M365 and AI Business Solutions Pre-sales Architect

Role Description This is a full-time, onsite role in Seattle WA for an M365 and AI Business Solutions Pre-sales Architect. The Pre-sales Architect will collaborate with sales, delivery, and customer stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Microsoft 365 and AI-based solution architectures. Daily responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and designing solution blueprints across M365, Power Platform, and related AI capabilities. The role involves preparing and delivering demos, proofs of concept, and presentations that clearly articulate business value, ROI, and technical feasibility. The Pre-sales Architect will also support proposal development, respond to RFPs/RFIs, contribute to estimates, and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery while keeping current with Microsoft product roadmaps and best practices. Qualifications Strong business-oriented skills, including Business Analysis, Business Process understanding, and defining clear Business Requirements. Demonstrated Solution Architecture experience, particularly around Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven business solutions. Solid Analytical Skills to assess customer environments, identify gaps, and design data-driven recommendations and value propositions. Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and translate complex technical capabilities into accessible business language. Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Exchange), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure AI / Copilot scenarios. Experience in pre-sales or client-facing consulting roles, including RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and presentations to technical and executive audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling decks, solution documents, and demos. Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment with global teams and managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
