Braven Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on helping small businesses, entrepreneurs, and communities build greater economic opportunity through education, technology, strategic partnerships, and business-development programs.

We work with corporate, government, chamber, nonprofit, and community partners to deliver workshops and programs designed to help small businesses start, grow, and scale.

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful Program Operations & Marketing Coordinator who can help turn ideas and partnerships into well-executed programs. This is a hands-on execution role. The ideal candidate enjoys coordinating people, keeping projects moving, communicating with partners, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This person will work directly with Braven leadership and will support multiple programs simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of Braven Foundation programs from planning through completion.
• Maintain program timelines, deliverables, deadlines, participant lists, partner commitments, and internal project trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, events, speakers, vendors, and program participants.
• Create and maintain program SOPs, checklists, calendars, status reports, and operational documents.
• Ensure leadership has clear visibility into program status, upcoming deadlines, open items, and potential risks.
• Follow up with partners, vendors, speakers, and internal team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Support participant communications before, during, and after programs.
• Track participation, attendance, program outcomes, surveys, and other information needed for funder and partner reporting.
• Support multiple Foundation initiatives simultaneously, including programs delivered in partnership with chambers of commerce, government agencies, corporations, and community organizations.

Grow with Google Workshops

• Coordinate Braven Foundation's Grow with Google workshops from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Manage workshop scheduling, registration, participant communication, partner communication, speaker logistics, presentation materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
• Stay current on available Grow with Google trainings, curriculum, tools, program updates, resources, and workshop requirements.
• Maintain an internal calendar of available trainings and identify workshops that would be valuable to Braven Foundation's small-business audiences.
• Coordinate with leadership to determine which trainings should be delivered to specific partners and communities.
• Prepare facilitators and partners with the materials and logistical information necessary to successfully execute each workshop.
• Track workshop performance, attendance, participant feedback, and outcomes.

Speaker, Partner & Influencer Coordination

• Research and identify potential speakers, subject-matter experts, business leaders, creators, influencers, and community partners who align with Braven Foundation programs.
• Develop and maintain a database or pipeline of prospective speakers and partners.
• Conduct outreach and coordinate scheduling, expectations, presentations, promotional materials, and event logistics.
• Research potential organizations and individuals that could expand the reach or value of Foundation programs.
• Coordinate guest speakers and experts participating in workshops, panels, webinars, and special events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with speakers and partners to create a professional and positive partner experience.
• Identify opportunities to develop repeat relationships with high-performing speakers and community partners.

Programs

• Coordinate and manage operational execution of programs including theChamber program and other future Braven Foundation partnerships.
• Work with Foundation leadership and external partners to translate program objectives into timelines, deliverables, meetings, workshops, and participant activities.
• Coordinate communication between Braven Foundation, program partners, speakers, participants, and vendors.
• Maintain program calendars, deliverables, attendance records, reporting requirements, and follow-up activities.
• Identify operational issues early and escalate risks related to timelines, budgets, participation, partners, or deliverables.
• Help develop repeatable systems so successful programs can be replicated with additional chambers, cities, corporations, and community partners.

Marketing & Program Materials

• Develop and coordinate marketing materials supporting Foundation programs, including social media content, event and workshop graphics, email communications, one-pagers, program presentations, participant guides, outreach materials, and registration materials.
• Use tools such as Canva and Google Workspace to quickly produce professional materials.
• Coordinate promotional timelines with partners and ensure marketing materials are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain consistency with Braven Foundation messaging and brand standards.

Website & Digital Program Support

• Support ongoing updates to Braven Foundation and program websites.
• Coordinate with developers and vendors on website updates and deliverables.
• Upload and update website copy, images, forms, program information, and other content.
• Review pages for formatting, links, mobile usability, and general quality before publication.
• Maintain current information about workshops, programs, partnerships, and registration opportunities online.

Leadership & Administrative Support

• Provide limited administrative support to Foundation leadership when needed, including meeting coordination, correspondence drafts, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
• Capture action items from key meetings and help ensure they are completed.
• Assist with research, presentations, partner preparation, and other projects supporting Foundation programs.
• Administrative responsibilities are a supporting component of the position and are not the primary purpose of the role.
