Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Position Flex Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Pandora @ Shops at Clearfork. Responsibilities Deliver a world‑class customer experience and surpass sales goals. Build genuine connections with fans to create unforgettable shopping moments and foster brand loyalty. Contemporaneously promote the store culture and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador. Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation. Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 18 years old with proof of identification and eligibility to work. Results‑oriented sales experience with demonstrated ability to exceed goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels. Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods (peak hours). Physical capability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time. Flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
