Key Responsibilities\nAs an LMFT at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

- Conduct therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s needs. \n
- Facilitate discussions related to issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, family conflicts, communication breakdowns, and more. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific familial issues, including blended family dynamics, separation, divorce, and adjustment processes. \n
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of the latest therapeutic modalities and best practices in family therapy. \n
Your role will focus on a diverse clientele, encompassing both adult and child/adolescent patients. You will encounter various issues affecting families, including but not limited to blended family challenges, job-related stressors, and conflicts stemming from medical issues. This broad spectrum of client needs requires creativity, empathy, and adaptability in your therapeutic approach.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

- Valid LMFT designation with an active state license. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- A strong dedication to providing compassionate care and commitment to improving client well-being. \n
We are looking for individuals with at least one year of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services, particularly those who have engaged with family dynamics in a clinical or counseling context. Experience in a behavioral healthcare setting that emphasizes integration of mental and physical health is highly valued.
