What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal clinical care to critically ill neonates in a specialized Level III and Level IV NICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed
• Support family-centered care and communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies
• Rotate across all three hospitals within the healthcare system within driving distance

What You Need

• Neonatal NP Certification (must be current)
• Minimum of 2 years' NICU experience; not suitable for new graduates
• Strong clinical skills in Neonatology and high-acuity care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
