You build client relationships, execute visual standards, and support merchandising to meet sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver attentive, personalized service to clients and drive sales through product recommendations and styling. Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards for the womens ready to wear floor. Build and nurture client relationships through follow up and clienteling activities. Process sales transactions, handle returns, and ensure accurate point-of-sale operation. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and participate in inventory and floor moves. Requirements 3+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in womens ready to wear. Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
