May help train Maintenance Tech I employees. This position utilizes the skills and knowledge to perform advanced or senior technician level tasks within their respective function and begins training into other maintenance functions as a multi-skilled technician.Responsibilities:Adhere to Abbvie's code of conductMaintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysisCapable of training others on tasks.Must begin to demonstrate proficiency in multiple skilled trade disciplinesIntermediate computer skills (MS Windows)Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasksAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organizationSupports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulationsQualifications:Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.YHS diploma with 5+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate with 3+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 1+ yrs. experience.Additional Information:The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
