What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble and develop advanced production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Support the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineers and technical teams to bring ideas from concept to reality.
• Take ownership of projects that directly influence manufacturing success.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with pneumatics and PLCs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands on problem solving.
• Ability to diagnose issues and develop practical solutions.

Extra Credit

• Experience with vision systems or automated inspection equipment.
• Automation, manufacturing, or machine development.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orange City, Iowa.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
