Complete service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas

What we're looking for:

1+ year apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
EPA Universal certification
Reliable transportation; able to be on-call as scheduled
