Protiviti is looking for an AI People Enablement Manager to join our growing Business Performance Improvement team.

What You Can Expect:

As a Manager, you'll partner with our clients to help them redesign work for an AI-enabled future — bridging technology delivery and workforce adoption by translating AI capabilities into sustainable operating model, role, and workforce outcomes. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

• Demonstrated experience with:

• Leading activity-level decomposition of work across functions and value streams, and conducting task analysis to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, orchestration, and human oversight.

• Designing future-state human-agent workflows, decision rights, exception handling, governance controls, and escalation paths.

• Defining future-state roles, responsibilities, skills, competencies, and career paths, and redesigning job architectures impacted by AI and agent-enabled workflows.

• Developing role-impact assessments, role heatmaps, and workforce transition strategies.

• Building workforce supply, demand, and capacity scenarios, and assessing workforce implications of AI-enabled operating models.

• Translating workflow changes into organization design recommendations, team structures, spans and layers, governance models, and operating models.

• Quantifying workforce impact, capacity release opportunities, productivity improvements, and labor economics.

• Developing business cases and value hypotheses for workforce transformation initiatives, and establishing workforce metrics and benefit tracking methodologies.

• Leading client assessments, workshops, design sessions, and transformation workstreams.

• Developing executive presentations, recommendations, and operating model deliverables to support client engagements.

• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting workforce and organizational data.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.

• Ability to translate and communicate workforce transformation risks, issues, and opportunities to client personnel, including executives.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 5-8+ years working in workforce transformation, organization design, operating model design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, or management consulting, either in professional services or industry.

• Experience leading business transformation initiatives involving process, workforce, or operating model redesign, with demonstrated ability to facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and executive discussions.

• Exposure to AI transformation, automation, digital transformation, intelligent process redesign, or agentic workflow programs preferred.

• Human-centered design, process excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or business architecture experience preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as OrgVue, Celonis, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Agentforce, or other AI-enabled work platforms preferred.

• Consulting experience with Fortune 1000 organizations preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Professional Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP or similar strongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$126,000.00 - $202,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$141,120.00 - $226,240.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
