Travel Pt Home HealthTravel PT Home Health jobs in Coos Bay, OR are available for immediate start with 13-week assignments. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, for 40 hours per week. Required skills include a current Oregon PT license, home health experience preferred, and new graduates are welcome. Your primary duties will be evaluations and discharges, with 4 to 6 patient visits per day and mileage reimbursement at $0.72 per mile. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, providing therapy in the home, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
