Cocinero Offshore – $1,350+ SEMANALES

Requisitos principales:
- Oportunidad de trabajar en los Estados Unidos. Todos los gastos relacionados, incluyendo vuelos y transporte de ida y vuelta al lugar de trabajo, están cubiertos. A los empleados se les proporcionará alojamiento compartido en cabañas y cuatro comidas al día.
- Planificar, preparar y supervisar las comidas, incluyendo las comidas del día, comidas nocturnas y productos de panadería.
- Mantener la calidad y frescura de los alimentos, la rotación adecuada de productos y los requisitos nutricionales.
- Administrar los alimentos, suministros, PPE/EPP, ropa de cama y niveles de inventario.
- Realizar reuniones diarias de seguridad e inspecciones de las áreas habitacionales, cocina, comedor y áreas de trabajo.
- Mantener los estándares de limpieza, saneamiento, higiene, uniforme y PPE/EPP.
- Garantizar que las comidas y los servicios se proporcionen a tiempo y cumplan con las expectativas del cliente.
- Apoyar la estabilidad de la tripulación mediante rotaciones efectivas y trabajo en equipo.
- Promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo y profesional, así como un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Completar de manera precisa y puntual toda la documentación requerida para la oficina de Encore.
- Realizar otras tareas según las indicaciones de la gerencia.
Turnos:
- Múltiples turnos disponibles
- 6 semanas trabajando / 3 semanas libres
- 8 semanas trabajando / 4 semanas libres
- 4 semanas trabajando / 2 semanas libres
- Horario: 6:00 a. m. – 6:00 p. m. o 6:00 p. m. – 6:00 a. m.
Duración:
- Permanente
