What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.

• Conduct roof inspections and document findings.

• Build relationships with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.

• Educate customers on available solutions and guide them through the sales process.

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Utilize CRM and sales technology to manage customer relationships and sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, insurance, in-home sales, or other customer-facing sales roles is helpful but not required.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.

• Comfortable using smartphones, CRM systems, and basic technology.

• 1099 Independent Contractor position.
