Maintenance Supervisor – The Pines at Willowbrook | Hinesville, GA 80-Unit Community | Competitive Pay + Bonuses | Career Growth Brookside Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at The Pines at Willowbrook , a well-maintained 80-unit community in Hinesville, GA. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys taking ownership of a property, solving problems, and leading a team while still being actively involved in the day-to-day work. What We Offer Competitive pay + monthly and quarterly bonuses Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Career growth and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community Lead and support the maintenance team Complete service requests, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Coordinate vendors and contractors Maintain inventory and work within the property budget Ensure the community meets OSHA, EPA, and company standards Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies What You Bring Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience Multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills EPA Certification – Type II or Universal required High School diploma or GED Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable transportation and basic hand tools Ability to work indoors and outdoors and stay active throughout the day Bilingual skills are a plus Ready to Lead?
