Multiple caregiving opportunities available in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland for a caring and compassionate companion caregiver. Want to make a difference? Are you caring, compassionate, and reliable? Pay and benefits: Starting rate of $15/hr We have flexible hours (4hr - 12hr shifts), and we staff 24/7, even overnight! Potential start date a week within your interview! Paid training Paid time off Ongoing paid caregiver training available Caregiver incentives, employee appreciation events, and holiday parties Client matching Caregiver responsibilities include: Provide companionship to clients Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Prep/cook meals for clients Drive clients to doctor's appointments/errands/activities Assist clients with ambulation Prevent client falls through safety and supervision Light housekeeping Help client meet nutritional standards Qualifications: One year of experience as a caregiver in a facility or agency setting Valid driver license Reliable and dependable transportation-must have own vehicle Excellent communication skills Bilingual is a plus! Hoyer lift experience is a plus, we will train as well!
