We're a locally owned outpatient physical therapy practice that believes people come before productivity, and results come from relationships and trust. All visits are 40 minutes, 1-on-1 with your patient. No aides. No double-booking. Just real connection, real results, and real autonomy.

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based care to a primarily orthopedic and active adult population
• Deliver 1-on-1 treatment sessions for 40 minutes per visit (56 visits/week = full-time)
• Participate in weekly chart reviews, case discussions, and collaborative planning
• Partner with clinic leadership to shape growth initiatives (marketing, wellness programming, etc.)
• Grow professionally with monthly clinical mentorship, MedBridge subscription, and $1,500 CEU allowance
