About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Finance and Operations to lead the financial and operational aspects of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health, compliance with regulations, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include financial leadership, budgeting, audit, and tax compliance, cash and grant management, and strategic support for impact investments. The role also involves team leadership, operational and administrative oversight, and support for the Board of Directors. A minimum of 7-10 years' financial management experience, including a strong background in investment management, is required.
