Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and a collaborative approach to nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and incorporate evidence-based practices.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Current RN license from Nursys, valid for onboarding.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
Completion of required competencies and exams, including the CNE Specialty Competency Exam, Basic EKG Exam, and Pharmacology Exam.
Required immunizations and health history documentation, including COVID-19 vaccination, MMR, and annual influenza vaccine.
Must pass a criminal background check and provide references as part of the onboarding process.
A valid driver's license or state ID is necessary.
Must meet additional health history requirements, including Fit Test and 2 Step PPD or IGRA tests.

Orientation & Compliance:

Participate in orientation and training sessions to understand workplace policies and procedures.
Complete necessary compliance documents, including confidentiality agreements and work attestations.
