Energy Efficiency Construction Lead — Scale Home Upgrades
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) is looking for an Energy Efficiency Construction Manager based in Atlanta, GA. In this full-time role, you will manage contractor coordination and oversee residential repair projects as part of Groundswell’s SOUL program. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quality and timely completion of projects, communicating with Community Power Navigators, and developing project scopes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, HVAC installation, and energy efficiency upgrades.
