Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Flexibly float between units and work night shifts, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and compliance with clinical standards. Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care by monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and vaccination requirements.
- Record accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses.
- Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility and clinical proficiency.
- Hold an active nursing license verification.
- Possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
- Demonstrate proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or valid declination/attestation.
- Have previous telemetry nursing experience preferred.
- Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends as required.
