Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• Valid medical license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical skills in internal medicine with specialized knowledge in hematology and oncology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate patient-centered approach

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient oncology clinics
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to handle a moderate patient volume efficiently
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work four shifts per week, 8-10 hours each, with flexibility based on patient volumes
• Light call responsibilities-beeper only for established patients, approximately 2-5 calls per week
• Candidate should be willing to consider driving distance; long-term commitment is preferred
• Apartment accommodations available for selected candidates
• Must comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain current licensure and certifications
• Willingness to travel or participate in professional development as needed
