Marketing Manager

Farmer Law PC is an Austin-based immigration law firm. We are building a growth practice around extraordinary ability and business immigration: EB-1A and O-1 for accomplished professionals, EB-2 NIW, L-1 and E-2 for companies and investors, PERM, and TN. The clients we serve are researchers, founders, executives, and the companies that employ them, in the United States and abroad.

You will be the firm's first marketing hire and will build the engine that fills our pipeline. You will own six acquisition channels end to end: paid search, paid social and retargeting, SEO and content, video, webinars, and events and sponsorships. You will also own our eligibility scorer and landing pages, and our outreach to universities, accelerators, and advisors. For every channel, you choose the vendors, run the plan, write the performance review, and make the call on whether it scales or stops.

You will be measured on two numbers: qualified leads per month, and cost per qualified lead. You will have a real budget, a CRM already built in HubSpot, an attorney team who will appear on camera and host webinars, and Claude as a content and production engine that replaces the need for a writing staff.

Compensation & Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position with a base salary of $96,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus tied to qualified lead volume delivered at or below established cost targets. Austin is preferred; however, remote candidates may be considered.
