Logistics ClerkThe Logistics Clerk will assist the General Manager in performing administrative and clerical duties at the service center level.The Logistics Clerk will process incoming and outgoing shipments from warehouse and organize the warehouse to ensure efficient shipment storage. Compensation ranges from $17-$22 per hour depending on experience.Essential Functions:Assist as needed in loading and unloading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerceCrate and uncrate shipments as needed, including stenciling, labeling, and bandingCleaning and organizing of warehouseCheck in and out shipments out of warehouse and keep locater file up to dateDeliver shipments as neededOperate forklift as neededOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to lift at least 40 lbs on a regular basisKnowledge of company systemsAbility to make decisions relating to the warehouseKnowledge of warehouse proceduresRequired Education and Experience:Required: High school diploma or its equivalentPreferred: Previous warehouse experiencePreferred: Previous experience in logistics and transportationWorking Conditions:Mainly indoorsLifting in excess of 40 lbs frequentlyStanding or walking majority of the timeColeman Worldwide Moving Benefits for Employees (not applicable for seasonal employees if not stated):40 hours of VACATION PAY after 1-year employmentArray of voluntary health benefits including but not limited to (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more)6 paid holidays after 90 days for Full Time employees (Seasonal Included)Referral Bonus ProgramsColeman Worldwide Moving (and affiliated companies) (collectively "CWM") is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
