Week Night On Call (RN-After Hours / Weekend Nurse)

Overview We are looking for compassionate registered nurses to join our After‑hours Hospice team, working weeknights (Monday–Thursday) from 5 pm to 8 am. This salaried full‑time position covers on‑call hours through 8 am Friday morning, supported by our 24/7 RN‑staffed Triage Department and local hospice team. Responsibilities As a registered nurse, you will serve as a patient advocate and a liaison between patients, families, and the hospice care team. You will communicate care plans, ensure quality care, and provide emotional support to patients and families. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current state license as a registered nurse. 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
