About The Role

We are seeking a Health Care Professional Case Manager - RN to join an occupational health team supporting employees across two Baltimore locations. You will assess and manage work-related injury, illness, and exposure cases and give employees timely, compassionate support. You will work alongside a nurse manager, a full-time nurse practitioner, and two staff nurse case managers.\n

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule based primarily at the Spring Gardens office
\n
• On-site at the RBC Fleet office on Thursdays or as needed (about 25 minutes between locations)
\n
• Weekly on-call rotation every 4 weeks, with 24-hour availability to take reports of work-related injury, illness, or exposure

Qualifications

Required

\n

\n
• Registered Nurse Degree
\n
• Critical care experience, occupational health or case management experience
\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
\n
• Strong customer service, assessment, and adaptability skills
\n
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
\n
• Willingness to commute to different locations; understanding of on-call responsibilities
