Housekeeping Aide

Position Overview We are seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Aide at Bay Shores Senior Care and Rehab Center. This role maintains a clean environment for residents, guests, and staff. Compensation You will earn up to $16.85 per hour depending on shift. $15.50 per hour base wages Plus $0.85 per hour Hero/Hazard pay Plus $0.50 Shift Premium for 2nd & 3rd Shift (hours between 3PM-7AM) Yearly wage increases Responsibilities Collect and sort soiled linen Operate washing machines and fold clean linen Count processed linen each day Deliver clean laundry to assigned units Cleans and sanitizes work areas, including machines, work tables, and sorting areas Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors Assist with laundry/linen collection, washing, drying, folding, and redistribution May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on facility grounds Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with residents, families, and visitors Benefits Medical – no deductible or co‑pay Dental & vision Generous paid time off Holiday pay Career path opportunities Company‑paid short‑term disability & life insurance Unlimited referral bonuses 401(k) with employer match Schedule Afternoon Shift – 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Part‑time – up to 28 hours per pay period Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and facility personnel Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care Team player dedicated to supporting the team and getting the job done Equal Opportunity Bay Shores Senior Care and Rehab Center is an equal opportunity employer.
