Company Description East Park Avenue is supporting one of the top 3 shrimp processing companies in the United States with hiring a Recruiter. The client is experiencing turnover in their plant and needs a steady stream of candidates for routine hiring and backfilling. Role Description The Recruiter will be employed as a subcontractor of East Park Avenue and based on-site in Biloxi, MS. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process in partnership with hiring managers. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, refine job requirements, and support the implementation of structured hiring processes and tools. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate candidate records, coordinating interviews, providing timely communication to applicants, and contributing to continuous improvements in recruiting and onboarding practices. The Recruiter will also help promote an inclusive and equitable hiring environment aligned with East Park Avenue’s training standards. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

SPEED

Demonstrated experience building a 'talent pipeline' for an organization Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines. Familiarity with common recruitment tools and platforms. Prior recruiting experience in a growth-oriented or consulting environment preferred; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr East Park Avenue
