Responsibilities: • • Assist in generating leads by actively engaging with potential clients and nurturing relationships. • Shadow experienced agents to learn effective communication strategies with buyers and sellers. • Participate in training sessions to understand the full real estate transaction process from start to finish. • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that attract new clients. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless follow-ups. • Attend open houses and property showings to gain firsthand experience in property presentation. • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and learning from collective experiences to enhance team performance. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with people and build relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry. • Willingness to participate in training sessions and apply new knowledge to real-world scenarios. • Comfortable working in a team environment, contributing to group discussions, and learning from others. • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities without compromising quality. • Familiarity with basic computer applications and the ability to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
