Liquid Fill Machine Operator

Location: Columbia, IL

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: Up to $20 $23/hr. (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday)
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM (Monday to Thursday)

Requirements for the Liquid Fill Machine Operator Role:

Set up, operate, and monitor liquid fill machines

Fill, seal, and package liquid products with accuracy

Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fill levels and product quality

Use hand tools and measuring instruments as needed

Maintain production records and follow work instructions

Lift to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance)

Qualifications for the Liquid Fill Machine Operator Role:

Minimum 6 months of liquid fill machine operator experience required

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role

Strong attention to detail and reliability
