Job Title Auto Collections Representative – Experience Required Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent auto loan accounts Use strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquencies professionally Use skip tracing tools to locate customers when necessary Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards Update account notes and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with team members and uphold compliance and company policies Requirements 2+ years in collections, specifically in auto finance or related industry Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills A high school diploma or GED is required Flexible availability for an 8-hour shift between 6 AM – 10 PM (including some weekends) Willingness to work mandatory overtime, especially at month-end Compensation & Benefits $19/hour starting pay - $22/hour when hired on Overtime available at peak times – great earning potential Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term stability Ongoing coaching and professional development By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
