Are you energized by music, movement, and making an impact? Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is looking for an enthusiastic Mat Pilates Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy ONE 45-minute fitness class PER MONTH at Andros Isley the luxury apartment community located at: 100 Acklins Cir, Daytona Beach, FL 32119

Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3-5+ motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.
Competitive Pay
Earn $40 per 45-minute class with the potential for more classes based on your availability and proximity.

Creative Control
Design and lead your classes your way. We encourage instructors to bring their own style and energy.

Team Support
Focus on teaching-we take care of marketing, community engagement, and logistics.
1 class per month on a Tuesday or Thursday evening: 6 - 7:30pm start time
A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
Experienced in leading group fitness classes
CPR and AED certified (required)
Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
Insured or willing to obtain general liability insurance
Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
