Customer Service/Sales Coordinator

$23-$27/hour | Based on Experience

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule sales appointments
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales consultants, and installation teams
• Maintain sales calendars, customer records, and lead tracking systems
• Process sales paperwork, agreements, and commission documentation
• Make outbound calls to follow up with prospective customers, answer questions, and help move opportunities forward
• Re-engage customers with outstanding estimates or unsold proposals
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner
• Complete thank-you calls, customer follow-ups, and other relationship-building touchpoints
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and other projects that help keep the department organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or sales support experience
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• A positive team player who enjoys helping both customers and coworkers succeed
• Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls and building rapport with customers
